Peanut Butter Refrigerator Cookies (courtesy of You Bake ’em Dog Biscuits)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- Combine peanut butter, butter, honey and egg in a food processor. Mix well. Add milk and mix again.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well. Form the dough into a log shape, making the log the same diameter as the cookie you would like to serve. Wrap the log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Pre heat oven to 325 F.
- When ready to bake, cute off 1/4 inch slices. Place the cookies on a greased baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes or until tops go slightly brown.
