How to make the most of your holiday with your dog: Last Thursday we talked about making sure your holiday destination is really dog friendly. We would always suggest you check out the facilities beforehand, to make sure your dog is very much included in the package. After all, if your dogs aren’t made to feel welcome – you certainly won’t enjoy it either.
So, when searching for a holiday destination, look for a place where both you and your dogs can relax, feel comfortable and enjoy time together. If in doubt, pick up the phone and ask! Look at the locality:
• are there plenty of areas you can walk your dogs?,
• are there pubs in the local vicinity you can visit with your dog?,
• and what other facilities is there for you to take part in?
Please share with your friends and family. We’d also love to hear some feedback of your own experiences and anything you would like to share with other dog-owners.
Happy holidaying with your hounds!
