National Marine Aquarium Boat Trips by Chris Green
When: Up until 30th December 2018
Where: Shepherds Wharf, behind the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth, Devon
Price: Adults = £15, Children = £10
Plymouth is an excellent choice of places to visit during your stay at Bowerland, only a simple journey away down the A386. Whilst Plymouth has so much to offer, the National Marine Aquarium (NMA) is one of its biggest attractions, and is in fact the largest public aquarium in the country. Their aim is to educate us about the oceans and the wildlife they contain – and what better way is there to achieve this than by going out on a boat!
Join the NMA on one of their scheduled boat trips around the historic Plymouth Sound, discovering about the ocean’s habitat and all the life it contains. The team organising the day will include marine biologists and ocean conservatives, who will be on hand to help you learn and explore the history and nature of Plymouth’s stunning natural harbour. It will be so much fun!
Everyone is welcome, and if you’re staying with us at Bowerland we recommend checking it out – provided you bring along your sea legs, of course!
