Stick to One Goal: Is there too much going on in your life? Are you trying to do too many things at once? Having too much on the go definitely drains your energy reserves and takes away any motivation you would have started with. On top of that, you also feel worn out, in a slump, and fed up with yourself. If you are anything like me you will try to take on too much, try to accomplish too many goals at once, and not succeed in completing any of them.
Choose one goal, for now, and focus on it completely. I know, that’s really hard. But try it, try it for one week. You can always add in other goals when you’ve accomplished your One Goal.
Two most important key points to bear in mind whilst aiming for your One Goal are:
1. Maintain Energy
2. Maintain Focus
