Where do you find your inspiration from? What makes you get out of bed in the morning? In previous blogs we talked about having one goal, and building an action plan in order to achieve the goal, rather than having lots of goals and action points on a list. Today I want to talk about what makes you want to achieve your own particular goal. What actually drives you.
So, for me, inspiration comes from others who have achieved what I want to achieve, or who I admire. I read blogs, books, magazines and watch tv programmes that I find stimulating and exciting. Certain people are very inspirational and motivating, and if you spend time with them, you will come away fired up and full of ideas.
Take some time today to think about those times when you have felt inspired and try to capture the feeling, try to pin down the magic that happens, the trigger points, in order for you to re-create it again.
Whatever it is that inspires you, I would love to hear from you, tell me what you think by posting your comments below. Why don’t you Share this with your friends and family by clicking the Facebook icon?
