Christmas Cranberry Cookies

These Christmas Cranberry cookies are really scrummy and certainly look good enough to eat yourself! It’s a lovely festive treat and we’re sure your dogs will love them.

  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Blitz the oats in a food blender until they are fine texture, then add to a large mixing bowl
  3. Next blend the cranberries, honey and yoghurt together until smooth
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the ground oats and then gradually add the flour and kneed
  5. You are looking for a dough texture
  6. Roll the dough out onto a floured surface and until ¼ inch thick and cut your cookies using a cookie cutter
  7. Add cookies to a baking tray which has been lined with baking parchment
  8. Bake for 20 minutes
  9. Store in an air tight container
