Blueberry Biscuits from Kelly’s Kitchen

Yummy Blueberries make a great addition to a delicious biscuit treat for your dog! Here’s our very easy recipe that you can make in a snap!

Ingredients for Blueberry Biscuits:

  • 200g blueberries
  • 200g flour
  • 1 egg

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius  
  2. Pop the blueberries into a blender and blend under smooth and runny
  3. Add the blueberries to a large bowl and add the egg, and mix thoroughly
  4. Add the flour to the blueberry mix, depending on how juicy the blueberries are, you may need to add more flour
  5. Knead into a dough and bring out onto a floured surface
  6. Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thickness
  7. use a cookie cutter to make your biscuits and pop onto a pre-greased tray
  8. Pop in the oven and bake for 35 mins
  9. Once cooled, put the blueberry biscuits into a sealed container
