Wow – An AMAZING Experience by Jenny Rossiter
Me, Neil and our pooch Poppy have just come back from our first visit to Bowerland and Devon Dogs. Bowerland is beautiful, quiet, calm place to be. We booked to stay in the Annexe from Monday 24th June to Friday 28th June and included a Intensive training course, which was 10 hrs of 1-2-1 with Michelle.
After a 6.5 hour journey from Essex, we arrived at Bowerland and was welcomed and shown to the Annexe. The Annexe was a lovely, comfortable place to stay and it was great having an enclosed garden.
Our training was booked over a few days with Michelle and it was amazing!!! I was really anxious before hand and really shouldn’t have been. Michelle was lovely and really calm and patient with us and put us right at ease from the beginning. The training was tailored to help us work through Poppy struggles which was great. We learnt so much in just a few days and are looking forward to continuing our journey with Poppy.
Poppy was very tired after her training sessions but we did manage to do a couple of small walks, at Fingle Bridge and Meldon Reservoir, both were lovely and worth a visit.
We’ll be back
We will definitely be planning another visit in the future, and if anyway has any doubts about going you really shouldn’t it is an amazing place, you will regret not going. We really can’t thank the Devon Dogs team and Michelle enough!!
